The Next Game From Naughty Dog Might Not Be Uncharted 3

With Uncharted 2 being all the rage at the moment, it’s surprising to hear that Naughty Dog’s next game might not be based on the Uncharted series.

In a recent interview with Edge, Naughty Dogs multiplayer designer, Justin Richmond said the following, when asked what the team were up to next.

"We’re always thinking about new Drake stuff but right now the big thing people will be working on is tech stuff like correcting the code base for whatever we work on next, whether it’s Uncharted 3 or something else." Justin Richmond responded. "The little tiny tech projects that would be awesome to put into a game are getting worked on now, but whether they go into Uncharted 3 or something else is to be determined."

It looks like Naughty Dog will be working on a few other projects before Uncharted 3. Mean while, Uncharted 2 will be out next week for the PS3, don’t forget it.
