PS3 Modern Warfare 2 Leader Board Hacks are Ruining the Online

The PS3 version of Modern Warfare 2 is being plagued with leader board hacks. For many it just ruins the online experience, especially for those trying day and night for the top spot.

One person in particular is giving themselves impossible statistics, with game time running into tens of thousands of days.

The problem comes from the information being distributed freely on the internet. People actually feel as if they have actually accomplished something in life by doing it. Cheating is not a form of accomplishment it’s more of a want due to lack of it.

Activision and Infinity Ward have yet to comment on the issue. I hope a leader board reset isn’t in order because of some idiots wasting our time.
