Microsoft Aren’t Worried About A PS3 Price Cut

The rumoured PS3 Slim is expected to be announced on August 18th at GamesCom, offering a lower price for the same quality. A PS3 price cut is also expected if the slim is not announced, but it seems Microsoft aren’t really that bothered about it.

“We are in a good place in terms of the value we offer,” the Xbox EMEA VP told MCV.

“We have a plan and a rhythm we are marching to – and we won’t be knocked off that cadence in terms of what the opposition might do.”

We’re all hoping for a price cut or PS3 Slim, but I’m sure Microsoft are planning a counter strike, they have the money to do so.
