Metal Gear Solid Rising Will Use A Brand New Engine

Konami will be developing a brand new game engine for his new upcoming Metal Gear game, Metal Gear Solid Rising.

Sean Eye Stone had this to say on the Kojima Production Pod Cast, "We're redoing the engine from scratch, and it's going to look amazing." He then continued to say, "It's going to be a big project like Metal Gear Solid 4. The entire team is serious about making it look as good as possible on every platform."

The new Metal Gear game will be out on the PS3 (just to clarify if you didn’t know) as the game is multi platform. So expect another great Metal Gear Solid game, however expect a better one on the PSP when Peace Walker comes out.
