Activision have confirmed that Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will indeed cost RPG £54.99. The hefty price tag means you could probably get the game online at about £44.99. Gameplay are selling the game for £42.99 and £29.99 on PC.

It’s a big price tag, but the game is so popular that people are bound to buy it.
